Annotations
- Only four fields are required. When a funeral director is standing at the desk, intake must take under a minute.
- Funeral-director list comes from Contractors. If the directory is empty the form says so plainly rather than hiding the field.
- The permit never blocks a burial. A deliberate policy: paperwork delays must not stop a service. The burial saves without a permit and one can be filed later from In progress.
