- Completion requires notes. The record is the paper trail for the family and the board; a closed work order with no notes is a gap.
- Assignee is a workspace member; contractor is a directory contact. Two different kinds of “who” — the form keeps them separate and labelled.
- Contractor card pulls from the Contractors directory — editing happens there, not inline, so the directory stays the single source.
- Documents upload straight into the cemetery archive from this screen; phone photos from the yard are the expected case.
